hope you guys are having a great new year!!!
Mine has definitely got off to a great start
which I'm happy about! STAR Magazine is out this
week (first week of Feb) with my 3 stone weight
loss. I'm really pleased to be able to say that
I have lost that much - it was hard work but I
feel amazing for doing it. Glad I'm finally able
to share my secret project with you all as well
- this is why I've not been out in months - I've
been detoxing and working hard in the gym. I
feel like I have so much more self confidence
now! To top it off I have also dyed my hair back
to it's natural colour - I feel so much better
for it....and better yet people dont recognise
me as much in the street anymore which
definitely makes me happy with my change and
shows that I do look a lot different....so a
definite pat on the back for that one me thinks!
I still have a bit left to lose before I am
happy with myself 100% but don't worry - I'm not
going to go all Nicole Ritchie on you! I've come
to really like the gym, and I go every weekday
now!
My
holidays have been amazing too - got back from
my travels of the Far East and it was beautiful
- I was away for 6 weeks with my family and I
spent New Year and Christmas away too. I'll get
some pictures up soon on the gallery and on my
myspace. As soon as I got back, I had my nails
done, and then went straight away for a short
girly holiday to Portugal and Gran Canaria - it
was wonderful. I'd missed all my girlfriends so
much it was good to catch up with them. A sneaky
pap caught me while I was out there, which are
the pictures you can see in Star Magazine, but
to be honest, I didn't mind, as I was all ready
for the big reveal anyway! Now I'm just back to
work pretty much - I have work coming up which I
can't say anything about yet but I will let you
all know soon enough! I have an exclusive coming
up in March saying how I lost all the weight - I
hope I can inspire some people as well.
I
haven't been watching much of Celebrity Big
Brother but I have heard about all the trouble
it has caused. I cannot comment on it as I've
been travelling but I did vote for Shilpa to win
Big Brother as I thought she deserved it.
Valentines day is coming up pretty soon...I dont
know what I'll be doing for it...probably a
girls night out not sure, hopefully my prince
charming will come along and I will be very
happy...you see I dont really go on dates when
I'm asked out as I'm absolutely useless at them
I'd just rather have the fairytale! (but mind
you dont we all!?) But for any of those out
there that have a lovely partner I'm happy for
you - there's nothing nicer in life than to have
a loved one! So have a happy Valentines
day...and think of me prouncing around town on
my own with my mates haha.
Overall I'm in a lovely place in my life...where
I have lost weight and feel like a different
woman - and I have grown up as a person as well;
I just want that to show in my work and future
plans.
